Why the seed number is 0 when I own the seed?

For the last item in the list. I am the seed. Why would the seed number still show [0/28]

Also, as I own the seed. Why do the 28 peers will not start to download from my machine?

Because, like all computer functions, ‘0’ doesn’t mean ‘not doing it’.

It simply means that no-one else is seeding
