why this message like this 'Windows XP ICS Status: cannot find working ICS'

i`m is new member.my problem is why this message show ‘Windows XP ICS Status: cannot find working ICS’.

can anyone tell me about this?

and then during i start the bitcomet,suddently my connection to internet and the my download suddently down…

pls help me?

Those two things are unrelated.

You can ignore the “cant find working ICS” it wont affect anything
